Shipping & Delivery
We deliver to your home on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays. We understand that people are working hard during the week so maybe it’s not convenient to take deliveries, that’s why we hope Saturday can make things a bit easier for you to receive your fresh organic fruit and veg. However, weekdays are good for us too.
Our delivery radius is Bournemouth and all the surrounding areas such as Winton, Ringwood, New forest, Ferndown, Southbourne. We also deliver to Poole areas such as Parskstone, Canford cliffs, Sandbanks and Branksome. You name it and we more than likely Deliver to your area. If you received a flyer through your door we definitely deliver to your neighbourhood.
Feel Free to enquire if you would like a delivery to your area. We would be happy to try and arrange something to suit your needs.
We do charge a healthy £1.30 for delivery but spend £35 and delivery is free. Also, please not there is a minimum order of £10.00.
Please let us know of any places you might want us to leave your box if no one will be in to receive it. We have a special message box for that when you are at the checkout.
Should you need to cancel your order please give us a minimum notice of 48 hours. We order everything in fresh specifically for individual customers a day before a delivery is made. All customers have the same delivery days set up. We are committed to minimising any waste and only order secure amounts to meet customer's demands. If you wish to cancel on the day of your delivery then there is still a 100% charge.

Returns & Replacements

We encourage our customers to inspect their items and report anything defective or faulty. We will replace or refund defective items.

This can be arranged by notifying us by telephone (01202 319948), email ( from our contact us page ) or post (My Veg Box,Flat E Quinn Court, 2A Milton Road, Quinn court, BH8 8LN). We will arrange with you to collect or have you return any such non-perishable goods; we will credit your payment card with the price (if any) that you have paid for such products less our reasonable costs in collecting the goods.

We are unable to accept cancellations for perishable goods less than 2 working days before your delivery is due. Should you wish to cancel on the day of delivery then there will still be a 100% charge.

When you find an item you want to add to your basket click on "add to order". You will then see the item in your basket. Continue to shop and only click on "update order" once you've completed your shop.

how do I know I've submitted an order?

When "complete order" is clicked this confirms your order to us. We then send an email to you to confirm your order.


You can pay us by Visa, Visa Delta, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro (one-off payments only) and Solo. You can choose to make a one off payment or sign up to a regular payment agreement. This will debit your card each time you have a delivery an saves you needing to remember to pay every week.
